Use the Tube Resistance Bands for strength training, stretching, physical therapy, rehab, and more. These bands are offered in three different color-coded resistance options, so you can quickly identify the difficulty levels. The blue band (9mm) is light resistance; the orange band (12mm) is medium; and the black band (13.5mm thick) is the heaviest resistance.
