This belt isn’t a one-trick-pony, either. Unlock backward walks and sled pull training. The Belt Squat Belt attaches to the self-powered Strive™ Curved Treadmill with the Treadmill Strap accessory, allowing you to drive backward while staying connected to the treadmill — a training style ideal for building more robust knees. Designed with comfort in mind, this belt fits securely around your hips with a G-hook mechanism and adjustable cable placement so users can strap in before hooking onto squat machines — reducing that awkward moment when trying to connect the belt to the weight.
